Overview

The project

Nimbus ran fragile, expensive infrastructure with manual deployments. They needed reliability, automation and a lower bill.

The challenge

Frequent downtime, manual releases and runaway cloud cost were holding the business back. There was little visibility when things broke.

Our solution

We re-architected on AWS with infrastructure-as-code, containerized workloads on Kubernetes, automated GitOps deployments, and full observability — then optimized cost.
